About Bill Miller

William E. "Bill" Miller was born on 1964 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Bill is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University, Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor of Religious Education degree and a graduate of Temple Baptist Seminary, where he received a Master of Religious Education degree. |
Bill attended law school at the University of Memphis. During law school, he received the Dean's Award for outstanding achievement in Federal Income Tax, Trial Advocacy and Legal Clinic.

Mr. Miller has been awarded a Master Teacher Certification from the Evangelical Training Association. Mr. Miller is a member Leo A. Bearman, Sr. chapter of the American Inns of Court, and has been recognized in Who's Who in America.
Mr. Miller is an ordained minister of the Southern Baptist Convention, and has taught the Bible for over 25 years. Bill currently serves as an Elder at Theta Baptist Church. Bill has been married to Leah Miller since 1985, and Bill and Leah were blessed with a son, Michael, in 1993.
Mr. Miller is a frequent teacher of continuing education courses for other attorneys, and speaks to the public frequently on the topic of Estate Planning. Mr. Miller is committed to providing the highest quality service.

About Deana Stackpole

Deana Stackpole was born in Shelbyville, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. While earning her degree, she participated in Mock Trial and was a member of the Mediation Team. |
Deana attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. She was a Law Review Staff Editor, and she was Vice President of the FCSL Christian Legal Society. In the spring of 2006, Deana clerked for the Honorable Timothy Barton, Chief Magistrate Judge of Glynn County. Deana graduated cum laude from FCSL in 2007. She was awarded the Dean’s Scholar for graduating in the top 10% of her class. She is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee.
Deana enjoys spending time with her husband, Richard, and their numerous pets.
